We are Friend Or Foe.

Friend or Foe are an arts collective who experiment with sound, music, film, light and code to create multi-sensory artworks, immersive environments and interactive experiences.

The work we create responds to location, space and history, developed through a collaborative experimental process of exploring new techniques, new spaces and new ideas.

We collect local stories, artefacts, field recordings and film footage, exploring themes and stories, both familiar & abstract, connected with love and death, memories and dreams, myths and nature, people and places.

We blend audience-performer interaction with environmental, ecological & meteorological data to develop works which constantly shift and evolve.

Our work has been described as thought-provoking, meditative, dreamlike and emotional.
